Almost forgot

I forgot yesterday to include this in the post but alas I didn't completely forget so this is an addition to yesterdays post. YOUTH GROUP. That is how my Sunday late afternoons and early evenings are spent hanging out with the youth from the church and surrounding area and some of the coolest leaders on the planet. I am really excited about the new area and all the things that are going to be happening with the launch of it and all the new kids that are going to be strolling through our doors and all the changed lives that are going to be the result of the new area.

I enjoy hanging out with the youth every Sunday and even though I pay for it every Monday and sometimes even Tuesday, I have a blast playing football with a bunch of the students and leaders and sometimes basketball and sometimes I go easy and teach Samon a lesson or two in some Madden. This week we played a little ULTIMATE FRISBE (sp) which was alot of fun and I hope that we play that some more. I can see that becoming like Sanctuary Dodgeball and something that alot of people look forward too. This week there was a challenge dropped down before each student. That was there are 89 days til Christmas and there are 89 chapters in the 4 gospels, you know Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John, so they were challenged to read a chapter a day until Christmas so if you could help pray and encourage our youth to spend time in God's word that would be great.

It is always cool to look out on a Sunday morning and see alot of our youth worshiping with us and this week was no different and actually had a few new ones with us which was cool. Speaking of cool isn't it great that the temps are gonna be in the 60's for much of the rest of the week?

Weekend that was

Don't know about you but I had a great weekend. Started off Friday with another date night with Tammy and the other couples from our small group then got to sleep in on Saturday for the first time in well over a month which was very nice and very much needed. Got up and went with Tammy to Winchester then took off on over to Union City for a little stint on the radio. I did the noon to 3 Saturday afternoon show for the first time in a while and it was fun. I really enjoy going over there and helping out, now I won't lie I like doing the Friday night stuff the best because its more my style of music but the weekday and Saturday thing is still fun plus it is a more organized thing with everything already planned out for you.

Learned a good lesson on Saturday afternoon early evening, never take Taylor, a friend of hers, and Tyson shopping at the same time. She don't like the stores he likes and vice versa so that makes for a long shopping trip. Plus she had $10 but kept looking at stuff that was more than that, sometimes well more than that. Finally she found something so all was not lost.

What a day yesterday. Jeff once again brought it, and for the most part we on the worship team did as well. I think Jeff is getting more and more comfortable giving the messages, good job Jeff. Tammy invited her brother and his wife again and they came and a friend of ours from Columbus also came to join us yesterday, it was really cool having them there and I hope that they all come back again, soon, got that Aub, bring Roy next time too ok. Still not pleased with the little solo but our little surprise at the end with the false ending went real well. Let God Arise is one of those songs that get people fired up, there have been a few that do that, Mighty To Save, Days Of Elijah, Shout Unto God, and more. Got even more surprises next week if it will work, little hint-you'll be able to see what I'm talking about if you watch online or get a dvd of the service.
Song List:
Everlasting God - Chris Tomlin/Lincoln Brewster (This was a good opener)
From The Inside Out- Hillsong United (Better than last time but still struggled through the solo)
Oh The Wonderfull Cross - Micheal W. Smith
Shout To The Lord - Hillsong (Did anyone else notice how loud this one was?)
My Hope Is In You - Thrid Day
Let God Arise - Chris Tomlin (read above, got to rock out a little on this one which in my book is always a good thing, you know "worship at full volume")

Another date night

Got to have another date night with Tammy last night except this was more of a mega date night with 5 other couples from our small group as we went to Anderson to see the new movie "FIREPROOF". It was a great movie and it was so fitting to what our small group is learning about right now. It was also refreshing to go see a movie that was very entertaining and had a message in it without all of the cussing and sex and everything else that seems to be in movies today. I highly recomend going to see it, it will be well worth your time. Its not the most high budgeted movie and there are a few times where it shows just a bit but for the most part you can't really tell. It was just a good movie and it was alot of fun hanging out with the other couples from our group just hanging out afterwards and beforehand at Arby's eating.

Today from noon to 3 I'll be on Joy FM so tune in and hang with me for a few hours if you'd like then its off to that wonderful toy store I call SAM ASH, if you've never heard of it it's a huge music store with lots and lots of guitars, basses, drums, keyboards, etc. you name it, they got it. We have to take Taylors clarinet down there to get it looked at and I'm pretty sure I'll be doing some dreaming and salivating while I'm there. Hmmm Tammy's letting me go there alone with the kids, whatever will I come home with ;} Speaking of Taylor she got the call last night and she made the cheerleading squad for the 8th grade, I'm so proud of her and now I'm excited for basketball season to go watch her cheer.

Wow 3rd post of the day, photo find.

Do you know anyone in this picture? Keep looking and maybe you can find them. There are 4 fellow bloggers in this photo.

Still can't find them, here I'll give you a little hint:

Found this on Mark Beeson's blog and started looking for the 4 fellow bloggers, PK, Brian Cline, Kim, & Nate Harris at Innovate 08.

Chris Tomlin - Let God Arise

As many of you know I'm not a big Chris Tomlin fan but this song rocks from all angles and yes we are doing this song again this weekend. So practice up on the words and be sure to sing REALLY LOUD Sunday.

Is it Sunday yet?

Had worship team practice last night and all I can say is I can't wait until Sunday. It was alot of fun last night and we tweaked a few things and just had alot of fun. If we can pull it off like we did last night this weekend it's gonna be so cool. Who knows might even try doing some background singing. Only thing I'm nervous is about is we are doing one of my favorite songs and I have to do a little solo and I hope that my fingers work right.

To update yesterday, Taylor had her tryouts last night and is pretty confident that she did good. I got home and she showed me what all she did and I have to tell you I get a big kick out of watching her, she is pretty good. She will either find out today or tomorrow if she made it or not. There were 7 girls who originally were going to go out but 1 backed out and according to the coach only 5 will make it. Tyson is doing good and I think tonight we will bury Teddy out back with the other animals that have passed on.

I hope that I don't have to work this weekend, it would be nice to actually have a weekend again, its been awhile.

I thought it was fall

As most of you know I'm a fan of all 4 seasons of weather and I am glad that we have entered into another season, fall. Having said that though I am wondering where it really is, its hidden behind a facade of summer right now. I know that alot of people are probably enjoying the temps still being in the 80's with lots of sun and no rain but I'm ready for temps in the 50's and 60's with rainy days and the like. Plus it also means chilli for supper maybe even some potato soup and all those fall type foods. Now I know you can eat those things anytime but when its 90 degrees outside, a big bowl of hot chilli just doesn't appeal to me, its something that needs to have cooler temps with it, and a peanut butter sandwich. And just think with it being fall that means that winter is coming, blizzard, blizzard, blizzard. If your thinking Dairy Queen on that last statement, go ahead and bring me a cookie dough one.

A couple of quick notes to, if you can say a little prayer for Taylor today. She has cheerleader tryouts tonight and I know she'll be a little nervous, ok she'll be nervous alot. So if you can pray for her nerves to be calm that would be too cool. And also Tyson as well because one of his rats died yesterday so he's kind of bumming right now. Thanks to all for the prayers in advance.

Opps

I really need to pay more attention to things, maybe I need to ask for a raise at work to help pay for it. If you remember last week we had the $223 pizza bill well yesterday I was on facebook, which for those of you who don't know is kind of like a myspace without "Candy" wanting to be your friend and show you her pictures. So anywho there are all kinds of different things you can do on facebook for a little fun like having a snowball fight, playing dodge ball, and other various things. There is this thing called "Superpoke" where you can throw things at people or just do various things to them, all in good fun. Well it seems as though my little friend Jennifer Wise decided to "throw a chicken" at me, now I'm not going to sit there and have a chicken thrown at me and not retaliate, so there is this option to do something back at the person who has poked you so I click on that and only 5 things come up. Now I know that there are tons more items to choose from so I click on the "SUPERPOKE THEM" tab thinking I'll see all those wonderful and mischevious options and I can pick the one that fits the best in this situation of chicken tossing. But to my surprise this big box comes up on my screen saying "YOU BLEW A KISS AT" Jennifer. NO thats not what I wanted to do, you don't blow a kiss at someone who just pelted you with a chicken, you throw something bigger at them. Seems like those 5 options that came up had one checked already and when I hit the superpoke tab it did what was highlighted, which I was not paying attention to what was going on. So I went back and threw "Sophia from the Golden Girls" at her. Mental note to self, PAY ATTENTION. Oh well it was good for a laugh.

Tuesday stuff

Well its Tuesday but why does it feel like a Monday. Don't want to be here at work today, there is alot of tension in the air here and I have a feeling that will soon be cut in a few hours and I don't know how to feel. There is one in the area who is shall we say a bit of a troublemaker so to speak but doesn't think that they are. All of us in the area get along pretty well but there is one who seems to cause friction at least once a week if not more. That could all be ending today. I don't know if I should be happy because it will make this area easier to come into daily or if I should be bummed because someone might be losing a job. I just don't know. All I know is I want to be at home in bed right now.

Night of Worship

If you weren't there last night, where were you? No seriously that was the first event like that I've participated in and that was alot of fun and it was a great night of worship. All those involved really seemed to bring it last night. I haven't got to hear Tonya sing a whole lot but she really brought it, something I found cool was during her song I looked out and in one of the doorways I saw these little eyes peeking in, it was Sidney and you could just see that look in her eyes that was saying "thats my mom", I thought that was cool. The two Hardacre sisters both have incredible voices and they really hit it last night. The team that Debi led knocked it out as well and so did Dave. We on the worship team didn't do too bad either. I think people are really digging "Let God Arise". I was kind of worried about busting into "How Awesome Is The Lord Most High" with a couple of people at the altar but I think everyone else sure was ready for it judging by the response of the crowd. I thought it was cool how many people stuck around for "Mighty To Save" which was the song we were going to play as people left but most stayed and really go into that one as well. That was alot of fun and I'm sure we'll do something like that again sometime soon. One last thing it was great to see the youth there hanging out with us. Those are my peeps.

Bonus day

Had a little bonus yesterday that was unexpected. Went over to the ray dee eye oh station to take over the board for the second half of the football game for Dan Lipps cause he had to be at work at 10 pm so I was running the board until the person who was supposed to do Solid Rock Friday Night came in. About 20 til 10 Ruby, who was to do the show, called and wasn't feeling well so I told her I'd cover for her and I had a little bonus time on the air. Haven't been over there for a few weeks and was not due to be back over there until next Friday night. Had some fun but was limited to what they had over there, but we survived and I enjoyed it.

But before I could go over there we had to run back into Muncie to correct something. I had stopped at Papa Murphys to get some pizza for everyone and got it ordered and the amount was $23.98 so I gave them the old debit card and got my stuff and went on my merry way. Got home to write down in the checkbook what all I had got and noticed that the reciept from Papa Murphys said $223.98, and I thought they were cheaper. Called in and we had to go back in to correct it so we did, I wasn't all grouchy or anything I knew that the lady that waited on me probably just hit one too many numbers so it was all good and we got it all fixed. Mental note to self, check reciept before leaving to make sure of total.

SRF song list for Friday:
Disciple - Game On
Casting Pearls - Weighted
Anberlin - A Whisper & A Clamor
Pillar - Frontline (for Tyson and his buddy Ian)
Alife Echoed - Party Girl (for Taylor)
Flyleaf - Perfect (for Jake in Greenville, OH)
Ilia - Portrait Of A Lying Heart
Falling Up - Hotel Aquarium
Bride - I Ain't Coming Down
Decyfer Down - No Longer
Red - Breathe Into Me
Hillsong United - Salvation Is Here

Randomness

Just a few random tidbits today.

We've been changing the appearance of the office here at work and there is a fellow who comes in to build walls and other general constructions things and I found out the other day he likes to not only talk to himself but what he is building as well. Case in point Monday he was hanging up some drywall by my desk and when he brought it in it was just a tad big at the top and of course after calling himself a few choice names and such he decided to try something different. He started at the top and the bottom was off just a bit so he got a 2" X 4" and started knocking it in place. It worked well and as he was doing this he started talking to the drywall. I'm not kidding he was working away saying stuff like "you like that don't you" I had to turn away from my laughter. He's a cool dude but sometimes I wonder if he's all there if you know what I mean.

Does God really not like it when I don't forward these e-mails I get that say "if you don't forward this you are denying God." I don't really think that my place in heaven rests on whether or not I forward e-mails, at least I've never read anything like that in the bible.

No worship team practice for me tonight, its gonna be a stripped down version this weekend so I have a free evening, well almost it is meet the teacher night at the elementary.

I hope, but I know its not, that last night was the last time I have to mow for the year.

Still waiting for someone to step up and take the dog. Layla is cool but with everything going on she doesn't get the attention she needs. If you know anyone send'em my way.

40 to 80

Isn't it crazy when during the day the temps are around 80 but at night they dip down into the 40's? Makes for great sleeping. I'm getting excited for fall to actually get here you know sweatshirt weather, good football going on during the weekends, not having to mow as much. The only bad thing about this time of year is the bees and raking leaves, but with the tree in our front yard gone so to is most of the raking. Now if we could only have wind like Sunday when all the leaves are down and have them blown in the direction of the brush pile at the fire station we would be all good.

Went to another practice for the night of worship that is coming up this Sunday, go ahead and mark it down on your calanders so you'll be sure to be there. There are quite a few different people who will be doing songs including most of the worship team as we will be opening up and closing the evening.

New Release Tuesday

Each and every Tuesday I get an email from oddly enough "New Release Tuesday" and it lets you know of all the new christian cds that are coming out and has a review of some of them. It even has a genre listing to kind of let you know what style it is. Its pretty helpful and informative and just about every week it even gives you a sneak peak at a cd that is coming out. That sneak peak lets you listen to the entire cd with a few quick ID's in there but it gives you the listener a chance to check out some new music. Today when I got it I was able to listen to the new Lincoln Brewster cd "Today Is The Day" which will be out in stores next Tuesday the 23rd and I'm pretty sure that at some point I will be picking this cd up. Joy FM has been playing "Today Is The Day" quite a bit and I enjoy that song so I already knew that one going in but of course the cd version is a bit different, actually its much better than the radio edit they have. There are some good rockin moments, theres some good worship moments and even a blues song or two. If you don't know who Lincoln Brewster is I know you've heard some of his stuff on the radio and might not have known it. They play his version of "Everlasting God" on JOY FM, its the one with his son at the end of it reading some scripture. He is the leading guitarist in christiandom, that guy can wail, in fact he got his start as the guitarist for Steve Perry when he left Journey. If you get the chance you ought to pick it up next week or go here and sign up.

Back at it.

It's been a few days but now we are back at it so there is a bit to catch up on. First off Friday night I had a well overdue date with my wife Tammy, it has been awhile since we have had a date night but we got one Friday night. Went to the Roadhouse and ate then off to a few stores just to look around and got a few things. I hope that this becomes something that we do way more often than we do and I hope that all you married folks out there can also have date nights, they are cool. Saturday started out sucky, had to work again but only 'til 11 am this time, then got better even though we just hung out at home. Was it just me or was it awfully hot? Went for a shake with Tammy and the kids which got us out of the house.
Yesterday was fun, am I the only one that dug all the wind? It was cool sitting by the window watching the Colts and watching the wind outside, watched more of the wind for the first three quaters of the game then watched more of the game. I don't know what the gusts were but think about it they were not even half of what they were when Ike hit Galvaston. During youth we even went out and played a little football in the wind and eventually rain. That was fun but once again paying for it today by being all stiff and sore. Oh well probably do it again next week too.

Here is a list of yesterdays songs:
Let God Arise - Chris Tomlin (Dug this one and I have a feeling this one will be done alot more)
Your Grace Is Enough - Chris Tomlin (Totally screwed up the begining, started in and something didn't sound right and never did get it, I appologize)
Holy, Holy, Holy - Reginald Heber
Let My Words Be Few - Matt Redman
Lord Reign In Me - Benton Brown
Above All - Micheal W. Smith

What?

I get this http://www.MarkCahill.org/news/0908news.html every month. It is a newsletter from Mark Cahill, the guy who wrote "The One Thing You Can't Do In Heaven" and for the first few months I enjoyed it and I really enjoy that book. For the past few months it seems like all he is interested in doing is tearing other people in the ministry down. This month if you read it is all about Granger Community Church right here in Indiana and the pastor of this church happens to have a bit of local history. Mark Beeson started the church probably not too long after he left Farmland, for those who don't know he was the pastor at Farmland United Methodist for a few years. Although it has been years since I've seen or talked to him I know from those days that he has a heart for the lost. Posts like this latest one are getting old, "hey theres a church thats growing and causing a buzz in their community, they must be doing something wrong." Come on, I thought we were on the same team. How about a little unity instead of dissention. Maybe I'm reading it wrong but what I'm getting out of this post was enough for me to go ahead and remove my name from the email list. I don't want to read things like this anymore.

At the bottom of the newsletter there is two websites he suggested visiting so I checked out the second one and got a kick out of it. It's basically a blog with all kinds of different things that are "wrong" so to speak. One of them is on the "christian" version of guitar hero called guitar praise. As a parent and youth volunteer I am excited about this for a couple of reasons, it is a good alternative to guitar hero, and all of the songs are good christian songs that I'm sure my kids already know. It would be a good tool to use for those kids who come to youth to hear some good christian music and let them see that there are alot of good bands out there who are glorifying God. Some of the comments on that one kind of made me chuckle a bit.

With These Hands

With These Hands is a song title I came up with yesterday while just sitting around here at work, don't know why but it popped in my head and I thought, thats a cool song title. So far thats all I've got is just a title, no lyrics yet but I do have a couple of ideas for the lyrics. Talked to Nate about it last night at the practice for the night of worship and who knows it might take off. Got home and pulled the bass out, it hasn't been out from under the bed in well over a month, and looked at it and it is in desperate need of some new strings. Tammy mentioned something about going to Sam Ash some weekend, I guess I'll be taking it along with me to get it all fixed up. Speaking of that I might as well take the Jackson too, it needs a little tune up so to speak. I dig Sam Ash, she also mentioned something about going by the new stadium to check it out and hitting the spaghetti factory if its still open. And then of course Taylor chimed in with wanting to go to a mall for some odd reason. Maybe we will get the chance to do that this weekend.

That was wild.

Early this morning if you were up around 12:15 or so, there was a wild little thunderstorm. It was wild in the fact that it seemed like everytime I saw a flash of lightning the thunder that followed was real quick, no rumbling, no shake the house off the foundation, just quick claps of thunder. I don't know if I was still half asleep or what but it was pretty wild.

Work, church, skating, football

That pretty much sums up this past weekend, unfortunately work was the main part of Saturday but yesterday was pretty cool. Got into work on Saturday morning at 6 am and planned on leaving at 11 am. Tammy and the kids brought me in so she could clean while I was here and then take the kids shopping and then be here at 11 and off to home we would be. Didn't work out that way. I noticed that everyone here in the quality department was here at 6 which is odd because our supervisor normally is here between 6:30-7 but he was in here at 6 and called us all down to his area for a little pow-wow. Seems the president of the company was not in a good mood on Friday and took it out and my supervisor and his boss over a new customer we got who was not happy with where we were at with their parts in a transfer from another company. So we basically spent Saturday fixing everything we could to make sure Monday morning everything was ready. That meant staying around to get it done because I was not going to be here with them on Sunday, had other plans. So it was 5:30 when I finally clocked out and what a long day that was, I spent more time in here Saturday then I do on Monday thru Friday.

Yesterday was much better with church, then a little bit of flipping back and forth from the football games and the race until it was time to head back out to church for youth. We went over to the Starlite Skating Rink and hung out there for a bit. Yours truly was in charge of keeping the music going, imagine that, and I think that the students had a blast. I even got the thumbs up from Taylor on the music selection with the exception of a few songs so I must have done allright. Got home to watch the Colts and eat one of my favorite suppers, hamburgers and french fries. It was a good way to end a very hectic and different weekend.

Sunday set list
Blessed Be Your Name - Matt Redman wrote it, Tree 63 made it a hit
Forever - Chris Tomlin
All We Need - Charlie Hall
Come Thou Fount - Robert Robinson, Jadon Lavik has recently had a little hit with it.
Just As I Am - Daniel Baker
Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone) - Chris Tomlin
You Alone - David Crowder Band*

Found another blog I like

At the side bar of the blog on the other blog section I have added another blog that I found. It is listed under Earl aka Jamie Rowe, who is Jamie Rowe you might ask? He was the singer for one of my all time favorite bands "Guardian" now he lives in southern Indiana so check it out, especially his latest post which is on church, it is a good read and eye-opening and sad at the same time.

Started a new small group last night and I think this is going to be a really good group. It was fun to be able to go out there without the kids and not have Taylor or Tyson come up to us during the lesson to ask whatever, that was nice. It's always fun to hang out with our FFC family and get to know some of them a little better and build relationships with them. Don't know if we will still be a part of our other small group when it gets back up and running, I think it would be fun to continue that one as well. Got to hang with the Price's for a bit afterwards and that was fun.

One last thing, if any of you know someone who wants a dog let me know. As much as we have grown attached to Layla, we can't give her the attention she needs and she needs a good place with alot of space to run, there is not much in the house or in our yard for her to let loose and go. She is house broken and we just had her neutered and she loves to play. Sometimes she plays a little rough with Tyson and that scares him and we don't want him to be afraid. She is a good dog so if you know of anyone who wants a dog that is part boxer part beagle for free let us know.

Need more time

Today is one of those days where more time is needed, our evening is packed. Taylor has her open house at school at 6 which we will make a brief apperance at and then tonight at 6:30 we are starting in another small group with the McAlisters and a few other couples from the church and we also have meeting night at the church. Maybe I need to get ahold of Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes and have him make another one of me so I can be two places at the same time.

Good Times

Went out to the race track (Winchester Speedway) for the first time this year to hang out and watch a little racing action yesterday and got a little burnt from the experience. Bad thing is it's just the back of my legs and neck that got the most and yes they are a tad bit sore this morning. It was fun to hang out and talk with some of the old racing buddies and officials again after working with some of them for more than 10 years it still seems a bit wierd not being out there or traveling with the CRA every weekend but it was still alot of fun. Had some good racing and a few moments of where a driver must have had his helmet on too tight. Had a kid (we'll call 0)who is normally calm and collected lose his cool and eventually caused him to be DQ'd from the race and probably suspended for the next one. He got into another driver (we'll call him 24) and spun him out, so the officials told him to take his car to the pits to fix the damage, bad thing was the guy he spun out decided to drive up to him on the track and tell him what he thought of the incident and banged the side of the 0 car with his car which in turn obviously ticked the kid off and down the backstretch the 24 decided to come to an abrut halt in front of the 0 which in turn caused the 0 to hit the 24 and spin him out again. This really made the officials mad and told the 0 to park his car. Coming around the track again the 0 for whatever reason got one more shot in on the 24 and spun him out again and this REALLY made the officials mad. Then of course jokingly they blamed me for bring all this on since I haven't been there this year. It was fun and I'll probably be back out there on the Winchester 400 weekend which for all you race fans will once again include NASCAR drivers Kyle Busch and David Stremme. That will be fun.

It was good to come home from the track and see the family again after a nice little vacation for them. Its good to have them home. The only bad part of last night was the incredibly awful pizza we got from the Pizza King in town, note to self don't get pizza from uptown again.

Long weekends are cool

I really enjoy long weekends, this one though instead of being a 3 day one for me has been more of a 2 1/2 day one cause I worked on Saturday morning. It has still been good even though today seems like a Sunday with no church though. It has been a lonely one as Tammy and the kids have been in Tenneesse and as I type are on the road back home now, I'm ready to see them again but it will be a while because I am getting ready to head out to the track (Winchester Speedway) and hang out with my old racing friends for a bit and watch some races at the annual Labor Day Stock Car Festival. This started back in 1985 and with the exception of a few years in the late 90's and early 2000's has been run every year and I have been to all of them. The first one as a spectator, the second one started out as a spectator then went to the infield and eventually jumped the fence to join a buddy on the track crew, then I've worked the rest of them by either being on the track crew for a couple of them and scoring the rest. Today will be relaxation and I'll be roaming the infield checking out the races and saying hey to those I know.
I kinda miss those days of hanging at the track but who knows.

Yesterday was a great start to the new series "Confessions" and I stood back and looked and yeah I admit I lie too. Most of the time they are lies to avoid confrontation or lies so that I won't hurt someones feelings or to protect them. Thats not good I need to be more honest with not only myself but all the others around me. I'm ready for the other 3 messages and also we are starting in a new small group Wednesday night so that should be good.

Yesterdays music was a bit of a struggle from my standpoint and here's why (being honest now of course) we were set to do one of my all-time faves which we have done once in the past, it was good Thursday but for what ever reason sounded awful on Sunday morning, don't know what happened during those days in between but it just wasn't working. Added another song and moved on, kinda bummed about the whole deal and just wasn't into some of the songs. That was until the end when once again got a big bump from God and a little message that "hey its not about you, its about ME" during Mighty To Save. Thank you God for that little reminder. I like it when He gives us those little nuggets of truth.

Here is the song list for yesterday:
Trading My Sorrows - Darrel Evans
How Great Thou Art - Stuart Hine
How Great Is Our God - Chris Tomlin
Glorious - Chris Tomlin
Clean Hands - Charlie Hall
All Who Are Thirsty - Vinyard/Kutless
Enough - Chris Tomlin
Mighty To Save - Hillsong

Good to have Pink with us again for a weekend, I could really tell God was working through him during that last set.
